Text Message (SMS) Terms

Huntington Dog & Cat Hospital offers an optional text message program to help you keep track of your pet's visits and stays with us.

What messages you'll get

If you opt in, we may text you appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, and boarding updates about your pet.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our Client & New-Pet Welcome Form (paper or online) and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of service.

How often

Message frequency varies depending on your pet's appointments and boarding stays.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 304-525-5121 or email staff@hdacwv.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We never share or sell your mobile number or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
